I’m supporting a well-established design studio who are growing their team with talented Mid-weight/ Senior Designers. They work across hospitality, commercial and large-scale brand rollout programmes. Think high-impact spaces, recognisable brands, and projects that move quickly.
This is a role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, loves problem-solving, and can confidently deliver beautiful, well-coordinated drawing packages. If you’re the type who gets excited by concept development and the technical detail behind it, you’ll fit right in.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll take the lead on design briefs from concept through to full drawing packs, working closely with senior designers and the wider team. Expect to:
Develop concepts, feasibility studies, layouts and detailed drawing packages
Adapt brand concepts for non-standard sites
Present confidently in client-facing settings
Coordinate with suppliers, internal teams and freelancers
Bring creative ideas to the table and help evolve the studio’s design direction
Manage multiple projects at pace while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
What they’re looking for
Mid-weight or Senior Interior Designer with hospitality or retail experience
Strong understanding of fit-outs, spatial planning, MEP coordination and construction processes
Experience in brand rollout programmes
Confident communicator with excellent organisational skills
High proficiency in AutoCAD; Vectorworks knowledge is a plus
Strong portfolio showcasing hospitality projects and technical drawing ability
