VANRATH is delighted to assist a leading Broadband company in recruiting a Telecoms Field Sales Representative. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a company that currently has over 35 representatives on the road.
Shift Details
Shifts are held from Monday to Saturday on a rota basis.
Location and Benefits
The candidate can reside anywhere in Northern Ireland across four territories. The role includes a Company Car and Fuel Card.
Working Hours
5pm-8pm is the peak selling time, so some evenings may extend to 8pm.
Salary
£40,000 OTE (£26,475 Base Salary + Monthly Bonus). There is no cap on bonuses for motivated individuals aiming to earn more than the OTE. A full breakdown of earnings is provided. Additional benefits include a bonus KPI system, company vehicle, fuel card, and comprehensive training.

Responsibilities
* This role involves door-to-door sales, visiting customers' homes across NI to sell products.
* Answering questions about product features and benefits.
* Driving sales to meet targets while maintaining professionalism and building rapport with customers.
* Liaising with internal teams and partners to relay customer feedback and local information.
* Representing the company throughout Northern Ireland as the network expands.
The Ideal Candidate
* Experience in field, door-to-door, or face-to-face sales.
* Comfortable engaging with potential customers in a sales-focused environment, adaptable in approach for high conversion.
* Confident in handling objections and persistent.
* Driven and ambitious, with a goal to exceed targets.
* Motivated by earning potential; some staff earn over double the base salary.
