Knockmore is a Domiciliary Service offers a range of services to people with learning disabilities living within the local community. The service can offer a range of day time oppertunities including social and leisure activities as well as educational and support to people who may display challenging behaviour.
What you’ll be doing:
7. Providing general administration assistance to the Registered Manager and operational team within the service.
8. Answering telephone/door in a busy care home.
9. Daily cash handling.
10. Record keeping including the uploading and maintaining or information within our systems.
Who you are:
11. Previous experience in an administrator role is essential.
12. Knowledge and experience within a social care setting would be preferred but not essential.
13. You will have excellent IT skills and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
14. You will be extremely organised and can manage your time effectively.
15. You will have excellent communication and engagement skills.
