As a Field Sales Executive, you’ll be more than just a salesperson — you’ll be a trusted partner to local businesses. With our innovative payment solutions, you’ll have the tools to make a real impact on your clients’ success. We’re building a high-performing Field Sales team and are looking for individuals with the mindset of wanting to be the best.
What You’ll Do
* Identify and engage high-potential SMB clients in your territory
* Run persuasive, face-to-face meetings and product demos that win business
* Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through networking, referrals, and outbound activity
* Consistently hit — and aim to exceed — ambitious sales targets
You’ll Be Great for This Role If
* You have a winner’s mindset — competitive, motivated, and driven to be top of the leaderboard
* You consistently exceed sales targets and thrive in high-pressure environments
* You’re proactive in generating your own pipeline through cold outreach and referrals
* You have excellent communication skills and can build lasting client trust
* Industry experience in retail, hospitality, or POS/merchant services is ideal, but not essential
* We welcome career changers — some of our top sellers have come from industries like automotive, property, telecoms, and events
