Service Leader Level 2 – Southport

Full-time | Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm | Driving licence and own transport required

We’re looking for a caring, compassionate, and talented Service Leader to join our management team, overseeing 2-3 supported living services in the Sefton area.

Your Role

* Lead and support a team of Support Workers
* Help people live independently in their own homes
* Oversee care plans, risk assessments & audits
* Ensure high-quality, person-centred support
* Understand and manage challenging behaviours
* Recruit, train and supervise staff
* Be a visible, hands-on presence in the services


What You’ll Need

* NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (Minimum)
* Experience in social care & service management
* Knowledge of regulations and best practices
* Full UK driving licence & access to a car


Bonus Points

* Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities
* Experience supporting individuals with autism
* Experience supporting individuals with mental health concerns
