Head of Marketing | UK & International | High-Growth Consumer Brand
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and commercially minded Head of Marketing to join a fast‑growing international consumer brand entering its next phase of expansion.
This is a broad and highly visible leadership role overseeing all UK & International marketing activity, responsible for building brand presence, accelerating customer growth, and driving commercial performance across multiple markets.
Working closely with senior commercial teams, you will shape and execute integrated marketing strategies across brand, digital, performance, partnerships, CRM, product launches, and customer acquisition. You’ll play a critical role in scaling the business while helping evolve the brand proposition in a dynamic, high‑growth environment.
Key responsibilities
* Leading UK & International marketing strategy and execution
* Driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth
* Partnering closely with commercial and leadership teams to support expansion plans
* Managing multi‑channel campaigns across digital, social, PR, influencer, retail, and partnerships
* Building and developing a high‑performing marketing function
* Using insight and performance data to optimise ROI and growth opportunities
Ideal candidate
* Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role within a high‑growth consumer, beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brand
* Strong commercial acumen with a growth‑focused mindset
* Experience managing international marketing activity
* A blend of strategic thinking and hands‑on execution capability
* Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills
* Passion for scaling brands in fast‑paced entrepreneurial environments
