A London based MedTech business are looking to hire their first permanent quality hire, a Quality Manager.

Experience needed:
You must have hands on ISO13485 experience, actually running or maintaining a QMS.
You’ll be working in a fast moving, high volume environment where products fly off shelves daily, so decisions need to happen quickly, with constant customer feedback loops.
You need to be strong in PMS and complaint handling, being able to interpret the patterns, spot trends, understand root causes, understand consumer error vs product fault and turn that into CAPA action.
Experience with CMOs is also essential.

It's not to say they can't be flexible, they can offer remote working, but it's not a set in stone hybrid role, at least not to begin with.

Biggest challenge:
If you’ve never worked in a high volume consumer environment, the sheer number of data points will be a shock. It’s not a slow class IIb manufacturer where you sell ten units a month.
This is direct to consumer, 500 bits of feedback a day, 100's of products going out the door and fast actions.
