We are currently recruiting for a General Manager to lead our newly expanded Vertu Honda Plymouth dealership.

Our Vertu Honda Plymouthdealership is one of the 17 Honda Car businesses that we operate in the UK, from Morpeth in the Northeast, to Truro in the Southwest. It has exciting potential for the right candidate, who, if successful, will join the largest Honda retailer in Europe.

We are looking for a colleague with the determination and commitment to take our business forward. The successful applicant must demonstrate a high level of integrity and have passion and energy to lead and develop an established team.
You will be accountable for all aspects of the business, fostering manufacturer relationships, ensuring the operational excellence of the business, while driving finance and cost control and of course, people management. You must possess strong leadership skills, as your primary focus will be to motivate and inspire your team to be the best that they can be. You will also ensure that policies, processes, and legislation are adhered to, and that customer and colleague health and safety is prioritised.
The successful candidate will need to have previous experience as a General Manager within the sector.
