About the Role
As Care Manager, you will play a vital role in leading and supporting our care team, ensuring that high-quality standards are maintained across all aspects of service delivery. You'll be the key link between our staff, clients, and families—making sure every individual receives the best possible care.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of care staff and client support
* Ensure all care plans are tailored, up to date, and regularly reviewed
* Conduct assessments and risk evaluations for new and existing clients
* Supervise, train, and develop care staff to maintain excellence in service
* Maintain compliance with CIW regulations and company policies
* Ensure effective communication between staff, clients, and family members
* Respond promptly and professionally to any concerns or issues
Requirements
* Proven experience in a managerial or senior care role (minimum 2 years preferred)
* NVQ Level 3 or above in Health & Social Care (Level 5 preferred)
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Sound understanding of CIW standards and best practices in care
* A compassionate, patient, and proactive approach to work
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
