Location:Blended between London office and home. This role requires an immediate start. Interviews will be held in our London office and are proposed for Thursday 23rd October. This is a key leadership role, reporting to the Executive Director, People & Strategy. You ll ensure the delivery of high quality people services to colleagues and leaders; building strong relationships with the executive team, peers, wider leadership and people colleagues to help deliver great people experience. As the organisation enters phases 4 & 5 of a Targeted Operating Model (TOM) transformation, you ll bring your OD and change management expertise to the fore in leading the People Services and Products teams in their critical role of supporting organisational-wide transformation. You will provide strong strategic and relational leadership for the Heads of role and, via them, their teams who are adjusting to some new roles and ways of working following a change consultation in the team. The focus here will be on ensuring there is a strong team ethos and culture around continuous improvement in our services; with a strong focus on improving the employee experience across the lifecycle and delivering modern, sustainable and agile people services and products. Your coaching style will support the team to continue its journey to being a responsive and reliable partner to the business, which anticipates future needs and mitigates risk. You will play an important part in ensuring the success and impact of a new Strategic People Partner role through collaborative and integrated models of working across the roles in your remit and this role. Strategic influence: Experience of working in a senior, influential HR/People role, which has managed stakeholders at Board and Executive leadership levels to drive strategic change. Senior HR Leadership: Demonstrable senior team leadership within a People function. Delivery of modern high quality people services: including talent acquisition, employee relations, reward, operations, and strategic people business partnering. Change Management and Transformation: A track record of successfully leading and supporting organisational change and transformation. People leadership: Evidence of leading high-performing teams, with experience of developing and motivating diverse teams, creating a positive working environment where dignity at work is upheld, creating opportunities for skills development and career progression.
