What You’ll Do
As Change Management Co-ordinator, you’ll support the evolution of our change management processes, from manual principles to automated workflows. You’ll help implement and maintain the automated system, coordinate change requests, and ensure changes are tracked, tested, and communicated effectively across systems and stakeholders. This role bridges operational execution with strategic oversight.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a proactive and organised individual with experience in manufacturing or production environments. You’ll bring strong project management, analytical thinking, and communication skills, along with a collaborative and adaptable mindset. Familiarity with change management principles and systems like Mod Tracker, Syspro, and SharePoint is desirable but not essential.
Bonus if you have:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Project Management, IT, Engineering, or related field
2. Project Management certifications ( PMP, PRINCE2)
3. Experience in change control, process improvement, or stakeholder management
