What you’ll do
* Check and review pensions calculations and processes
* Support complex and high-value casework
* Coach and mentor colleagues to drive quality
* Manage workloads and meet KPIs and deadlines
* Handle and escalate complaints, completing root cause analysis
* Share knowledge and contribute to strong team communication
What we’re looking for
* DB and/or DC pensions administration experience
* Strong accuracy, numeracy and manual calculation skills
* Experience coaching or quality-checking others’ work
* Confident communicator with solid IT skills
* Able to manage complex queries and work under pressure
