About The Role
Sytner Group is looking for a motivated and committed Parts Sales Executive to join our team at TPS Bradford.
As a Sytner Parts Sales Executive, you will demonstrate a "One Team" approach, communicate effectively with internal and external customers/suppliers, ensure all requests are dealt with promptly, and support and assist colleagues and customers with parts identification, searching and sourcing.
You will also ensure that the parts stock room is well maintained and stock levels are managed, by taking responsibility for the ordering and selling of a wide range of vehicle parts and accessories.
Work patterns are flexible, typically including weekends, to provide high service levels.
About You
Ideally, you will have experience in a similar role within the motor industry and be IT literate.
High levels of organisation and attention to detail are required. Fantastic communication skills and customer‑facing experience are essential, as you will be talking to customers face‑to‑face and over the phone.
You should be passionate about delivering excellent customer service and able to give the best advice on our products and services.
