Our client is an IT consultancy business based in Hampton, Middlesex, they're looking for a talented all round IT professional to join their expanding team. Their team is passionate, hardworking and fun-loving individuals. They want an individual who has a great work ethic and can deliver outstanding customer service and push beyond customer expectation.
They promote training in ITIL and Microsoft qualifications, including study time and resources. The role is a support based role where the successful candidate will be able to support the client user base remotely and by weekly site visits. They will develop project skills and ultimately become responsible for IT projects based on client’s needs.

1. Outsourced IT support (for multiple companies) experience at least 2 years
2. Excellent communication skills (high standard of written and spoken English)
3. Excellent Customer Service skills

4. Desktops – all operating systems, Windows 10,11
5. Active Directory Administration
6. Microsoft Office 365 Administration
7. Exchange Administration
8. Microsoft Office suite
9. iPhones/iPad/Smart phone
10. Hardware support of Desktops / Printers
