As a Senior Sales Negotiator / Assistant Branch Manager, you will receive:
* Up to £30,000 basic salary

Senior Sales Negotiator / Assistant Branch Manager requirements:
* Proven experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator or Assistant Branch Manager
* Current experience within the Colchester property market (essential)
* A strong track record of winning business and closing deals
* A driven, target-focused mindset with a desire to succeed
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A professional, personable, and customer-first approach
* A natural leader who thrives in a team environment
* Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to use initiative
* Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
