This opportunity has arisen due to continued expansion, and they are specifically seeking someone with strong experience and knowledge of the local market.

As a Senior Sales Negotiator/Assistant Branch Manager, you will receive:

Senior Sales Negotiator/Assistant Branch Manager requirements:

7. Proven experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator or Assistant Branch Manager
8. Current experience within the Colchester property market (essential)
9. A strong track record of winning business and closing deals
10. A driven, target-focused mindset with a desire to succeed
11. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
12. A professional, personable, and customer-first approach
13. A natural leader who thrives in a team environment
14. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to use initiative
15. Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

As a Senior Sales Negotiator/Assistant Branch Manager, your key responsibilities will be:

16. Negotiate offers to achieve the best possible outcomes for your clients
17. Arrange and conduct viewings, delivering a professional and engaging experience
18. Drive new business and maximise opportunities through cross-selling additional services
19. Oversee the sales progression process, ensuring a smooth journey for all parties
20. Support the management and development of the team, leading by example
21. Contribute to the overall growth and performance of the branch
22. Build strong, lasting relationships with clients through exceptional customer service
