This is a multi-skilled role incorporating both Front Office and Food and Beverage Duties in line with the business demands

Job Description
What will you be doing?
1. Have the ability to multi-task and have a can-do attitude in this exciting fast-paced environment.
2. Provide guidance and support to the Reception and Food and Beverage teams, helping them to achieve their potential and accomplish overall departmental objectives.
3. Assist in effectively running the front office operations with a hands-on approach.
4. Help guests and create positive experiences.
5. Are confident in all aspects of guest relations, receiving and recognising all guests including those who require special attention.
6. Maintain strong working relationships and communicate with all departments.
7. Work duty manager shifts as and when required
8. Opera Cloud knowledge
