Maintenance Controller
Location:Alfreton
Salary: £28,420 per annum
Hours: 42.5 hours per week | MondayFriday, 9:00am6:00pm
On-Call: 1 in 68 weeks Saturdays
Key Responsibilities:
* Planning and scheduling vehicle servicing and maintenance to ensure full compliance
* Coordinating work with a network of suppliers and service providers
* Managing jobs from start to finish, including updates and accurate record-keeping
* Reviewing inspection and service documentation to ensure compliance standards are met
* Handling breakdowns and defects, ensuring quick resolution and clear communication
* Managing estimates and approvals across systems, email, and phone
What Were Looking For:
* Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused role (transport/automotive ideal)
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confident communicator with a proactive, can-do attitude
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel (essential)
