We are looking for an AWS Associate Consultant to be an integral part of the relevant Insight services delivery team, aligned with Insight’s strategic expertise and defined practice areas.
You will be responsible for supporting Consultants and Insight’s clients by producing deliverables, providing robust analysis, consolidating, and preparing data. You intervene on parts of a project or assignment, contribute to the overall quality of the service, and ensure the reliability of your achievements. You will use and contribute to the Insight knowledge base and methodologies to enhance client operations, drive innovation, and increase efficiencies, all while meeting high-quality standards.
This role involves a high level of learning, specific to the domain. It is crucial that the Associate Consultant has a self-starting, proactive mindset. While a learning curriculum will be provided, it is important to seek beyond the core learning to expand your knowledge and capabilities through theoretical learning and client service delivery.

Responsibilities of an AWS Associate Consultant include:
1. Contributing to the delivery of IT projects to ensure successful client outcomes.
2. Customizing and configuring client service offerings.
3. Participating in design and build activities to meet client needs and expectations.
4. Assisting in creating SOWs aligned with client requirements.
5. Defining SOWs and client engagement documentation according to Insight’s standards, following the “designed for operation” methodology.
6. Managing multiple tasks efficiently, tracking progress, and collaborating with colleagues to resolve issues.
7. Supporting analyses and observations to improve efficiency in client and Insight operations, including reporting and strategic workshops.

* Fulfilling administrative obligations within deadlines and alerting managers of issues.
* Seeking continuous improvement and knowledge development.
