BID Manager

Venatu Recruitment Group are working with a business which through continued growth require a BID Manager.
This role is crucial to driving growth and expanding their market presence.
Duties include:
* Identify and pursuing new business tender opportunities by exploring online tender portals, expressing interest, reviewing tender opportunities, download the necessary documents and submitting proposals.
* Production of high-quality submissions to support the business's winning work and project delivery activities, meeting deadlines.
* Ensure all submissions follow corporate guidelines and branding where possible and are technically correct.
* Create bespoke presentations where needed, organograms, visuals and case studies
* Develop and maintain the company website, social media presence and advertising.
* Develop company branding to enhance visibility and reputation.
* Maintaining the company QA System.
Skills Required/Desired
* Must have a strong understanding of online tender portals, also reviewing and sourcing appropriate opportunities.
* Experience in bid management.
* Experience within the Demolition, Civils & Scaffolding industry is an advantage.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to multitask.
* Capable of meeting deadlines.
* Computer Literate.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Benefits
* Monday - Thursday 9am - 5pm, Friday 9am - 4pm
