Join our experienced maintenance team and help us keep homes safe, warm and well cared for. Youll work with skilled colleagues, initially within our Empty Homes workstream, who know their stuff and want to share it. What youll do
* Ensure empty homes are prepared for re-letting efficiently by completing timely inspections and compiling all required pre-construction information.
* Work collaboratively with Housing teams to ensure customers have a great start to their tenancy and a positive introduction to life with Home Group.
* Carry out inspections and manage repairs across your patch
* Support trades and contractors with technical advice and guidance
* Manage disrepair cases and help tackle damp and mould
* Oversee building works and track progress against schedules
