Healthcare Assistant (Nights) – Bank role

Job Summary
You will be working directly with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, enablement workers and NHS professionals to support residents in achieving their outcomes through daily care and collaborative teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist residents with personal care needs.
* Facilitate participation in activities that promote health and wellbeing such as arts and crafts, football, drama, musical evenings, gardening and shopping trips.
* Support residents in social occasions and community events.
* Work in partnership with NHS staff to deliver person‑centred care.
Qualifications & Experience
* No specific qualifications or experience required – we value caring attitudes and a willingness to learn.
* Training and support provided to obtain relevant health and social care qualifications.
* All staff must hold an enhanced DBS check covering children and adults.
