Prep Server
We have an opportunity for a Prep Server within our Icebird Factory working Monday to Friday 13.45 – 22.15
Purpose of the Role:
To adhere to the correct production standards with particular emphasis on good manufacturing practice and health & safety.
Key responsibilities:
1. Acting as a role model whilst demonstrating best practice at all times
2. Building effective relationships with Team/Line Leaders teams across the plant
3. Working safely at all times and communicating safety concerns promptly to the Prep Material settlement Manager
4. Maintain and improve housekeeping/GMP in all areas
5. To complete all reasonable requests in line with instructions given
6. To follow the correct procedure with regards to GMP
7. To report any Safety, Mechanical or Foreign body issues to Line leader/ Prep Material settlement Manager straight away
8. Take full responsibility for all daily material movements assigned to you
9. To report any racking or fabrication damage to the supervisor immediately
10. To carry out your daily duties as per ISO work instructions inclusive of temperature controls.
11. Ensure starts up checks are completed on forklift trucks each day
12. To unload, issue and return materials in a timely fashion, ensuring accurate information and correct stock
13. Checking in a Delivery onto SAP
14. Adhere to the company’s H&S policies and procedures
15. Adhere to the company’s Hygiene policies and procedures
Skills and Experience required:
16. Experience within a similar role
17. Good communication skills
18. Ability to work as part of a team.
19. Food Production experience preferred.
