Junior Recruitment Consultant – Digital Marketing Sector
Location: Cheltenham (4 days office-based, 1 day WFH)

We partner with some of the UK's most exciting digital marketing agencies, ecommerce brands, and FMCG businesses — and we're looking for a Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team.
About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that has a strong reputation, a loyal client base, and a clear pathway for career progression. You'll be working a 360-recruitment desk, supporting both clients and candidates across the full recruitment cycle — from sourcing top talent to placing them in roles where they can thrive. If you have some prior recruitment experience then we can build on that and give you full training and support.
You'll be recruiting for roles such as:
1. Paid Media Executives and Managers
2. Paid Social Executives and Strategists
3. SEO Executives and Specialists
4. PPC Executives
5. Social Media Managers and Executives
6. Content Managers and Copywriters
7. Digital Marketing Executives and Managers
8. eCommerce Executives and Managers
9. CRM Executives
10. Email Marketing Specialists
11. Web Developers and Software Engineers
12. IT Developers and Technical Specialists
13. Data Analysts and Performance Marketing Analysts
14. UX/UI Designers

What We're Looking For
Some prior recruitment experience is needed but we'll give you all the training you need to build on your prior experience. What also need is:
