Working with the catering team and alongside management, you will focus on leveraging your team members' strengths and maximizing their abilities across various catering units within the theme park.
Responsibilities
* Assist with the day-to-day operations of the catering team across the theme park and hotel.
* Maintain good organisational and communication skills.
* Ensure compliance with Health & Hygiene legislation, COSHH, and health & safety requirements in catering.
* Work efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines.
* Maintain high standards of record keeping.
* Handle practical catering and cleaning responsibilities.
* Monitor food quality, portion control, and preparation.
* Promote staff performance and development.
Requirements / Qualifications
Minimum of one year of experience in a catering-led environment.
