We’re partnered with a dynamic, performance-driven digital agency based in Dubai that’s known for delivering high-impact digital marketing campaigns across the GCC. Their team works across SEO, PPC, content, social, and CRO—supporting a wide range of clients from global brands to regional challengers.
As they continue to expand, they’re looking to bring on board an experienced Digital Account Manager to manage a portfolio of digital clients with a focus on SEO and PPC. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone based in the UK who is ready to make a permanent move to Dubai and join an ambitious, collaborative team.
Role Overview
The Digital Account Manager will be the main client contact across multiple accounts and will play a hands-on role in strategy development and campaign execution—particularly across search engine optimisation and paid media. You’ll work closely with in-house specialists and ensure all campaigns are performance-focused, insight-led, and on brief.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the day-to-day contact for clients, building strong and trusting relationships.
* Own the planning and execution of SEO and Google Ads campaigns across multiple client accounts.
* Collaborate with internal teams (content, design, analytics) to deliver integrated digital strategies.
* Monitor and report on campaign performance using platforms like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Looker Studio.
* Present insights, recommendations, and performance updates to clients regularly.
* Stay up to date with digital trends and proactively suggest opportunities to improve client performance.
* Support the wider client servicing team on strategy, pitches, and growth opportunities.
Key Requirements
* 2-4 years’ experience in a digital marketing agency environment.
* Strong hands-on experience with both SEO and PPC (Google Ads) campaign management.
* Confident client communicator with experience managing multiple accounts.
* Data-driven mindset with experience in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and reporting tools.
* Ability to interpret performance data and translate it into actionable insights.
* Organised, proactive, and able to manage deadlines across multiple projects.
* Willing and ready to relocate to Dubai on a full-time basis.
* Middle East market experience is a plus but not required.
