About the role
Here at Futures, we are delighted to be working with an internationally recognised FMCG manufacturing business, based in West Yorkshire!
Due to the recent investment of circa £50m and further circa £20m coming into effect this year, they are looking to hire an experienced Project Administrator to work alongside the Project Manager and provide support in coordinating Project activities.
Duties of Project Administrator:
• Coordinate project activities
• Manage schedules
• Arrange assignments and communicate progress to all team members
• Monitor project progress
• Raise orders for materials and sub-contractors
• Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders
A Successful Project Administrator will be/have:
• Extremely well organised
• Ability to adapt to change
• Proven Experience working in a manufacturing setting
• Exceptional communication skills
