Experience of assessing needs, setting tasks, producing care plans and reviewing those plans. Experience of working with families in need of support or in crisis CQSW, CSS, Dip SW or Social Work Degree Degree Registered Qualified Social Worker with the Social Work England, or will apply for registration before taking up the post.
