Position Overview
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Videographer/Photographer who wants to make a difference through their work. We want to hire someone who will enjoy working in a highly talented team of hard‑working creatives and develop their skills alongside experienced team members. The role requires a flexible individual willing to travel often for assignments, sometimes at short notice, to clients nationwide. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working occasional evenings and overnight stays. Most of all, we’re looking for someone who believes in the transformative power of education and wants to help us continue to make a real, positive impact on lives across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
* Producing high‑quality inventive video content for a range of clients.
* Producing brief, specific, creative video edits, demonstrating sound design, motion graphics and colour grading.
* Collaborating with other media team members on multi‑person shoots and working with editors to handover specific projects.
* Delivering content that not only matches client briefs, but demonstrates impact and delivers results as part of wider marketing campaigns.
* Collaborating with the wider team and other departments within the agency, including design, animation, copy and digital.
* Demonstrating effective time management and the ability to manage multiple projects within your schedule.
* Traveling by car (fuel allowance) or by train (public transport costs covered) to clients nationwide.
* Working flexibly with a mix of on‑location shoots, remote work from home and in‑office work (Wakefield).
* Maintaining a positive attitude throughout Engaging Education, offering support and guidance to team members.
Essential Requirements
* Provide a link to a showreel or website containing recent work. Applications without a showreel will not be considered.
* Applicants must demonstrate a clean DBS record.
* Applicants must have access to their own vehicle and hold a UK driving licence (to drive to on‑site filming locations).
