Support Workers Oxford and surrounding areas Pay £17.50 to £18.50 per hour (PAYE) Week days and Weekends – full and part time available shifts Support Young People with Additional Needs Completely Care Ltd are recruiting for Support Workers to help out over the summer working with young people who have additional needs! We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic, caring, and fun-loving individuals to support children and young people with a range of additional needs—including autism, complex needs, and Angelman Syndrome. You’ll be helping them learn independent life skills, explore new activities, and enjoy the kind of summer every young person deserves. Overview; Supporting young people one-to-one or in small groups Encouraging independence through daily routines and life skills Getting stuck into fun activities: from arts & crafts to park days and sensory play Creating safe, positive, and engaging environments Building strong, trusting relationships with the young people and their families Experience; Energetic, patient, and ready to have fun Passionate about making a difference Confident in supporting young people with autism, complex needs, or communication differences A great communicator (verbal or non-verbal!)
