Overview
2026 Graduate Programme - Property & Buildings - Industry at WSP. We are recruiting Graduates for our Industry teams who have a flexible approach and an appetite to learn in a leading Engineering and Professional Advisory services consultancy. You will work in a collaborative environment for a diverse range of clients and projects, supported by multidisciplinary teams and mentors.
Responsibilities
* Contribute to exciting and innovative projects within our Industry teams, applying your understanding of industrial and energy processes.
* Be embedded in multidisciplinary teams and mentored by experienced engineers, gaining exposure to real-world challenges and innovative solutions.
* Participate in life-cycle services to support operating facilities across industrial and manufacturing sectors in developed and emerging markets.
* Assist in process design, safety improvements, and productivity enhancements aligned with client needs and project requirements.
* Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and civil engineers to deliver integrated solutions.
* Engage in client meetings and site visits to understand project requirements and contribute to cost estimation and material take-offs where applicable.
Qualifications
* Graduated with at least a 2:2 in a master’s or bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject for the role.
* Demonstrated interest in the built environment and willingness to start in September 2026.
* Desire to develop towards chartered status with professional bodies (e.g., IChemE, IMechE, IET) through structured development plans.
* Strong attention to detail, flexible mindset, positive attitude, and a drive to solve problems.
* Ability to work in teams, communicate effectively, and be proactive in learning and development.
