Intervention Teacher (Full-time, Temporary)

£600 - £1,258.55 per week (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications)

The School and Role
A Primary School in Newcastle Upon Tyne are looking to employ an intervention teacher. The successful candidate will be working across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, offering small group and 1:1 interventions, predominantly focusing on Mathematics and English. The school are looking for someone who has strong behaviour management and can work collaboratively as part of a team. Both Early Career and experienced teachers are welcomed to apply for this role.
Requirements
The desired Teacher will have:
1. Experience of teaching across KS1-KS2.
2. An ability to work independently and as part of a team.
3. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
4. The ability to plan and deliver differentiated learning.
5. An excellent understanding of how to support pupils with SEND.
