Are you a psychology graduate or someone passionate about working in special education?
Are you looking to gain hands-on experience before pursuing a career in therapy, clinical psychology, or social care?
Working alongside experienced teachers, therapists, and support staff, you will support students in accessing the curriculum and developing vital communication, social, and life skills within a safe, structured, and nurturing environment tailored to their unique needs.

Work closely with children with Autism (ASD) and Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD)
1:1 and small group work tailored to individual needs
Experience in a multidisciplinary team - ideal for aspiring psychologists, therapists, or SEN professionals

What we're looking for:
A keen interest in special education, disability, and child development
Patience, empathy, and resilience
Previous experience with children or vulnerable individuals (desirable but not essential)

This is a full-time, term-time only role starting as soon as possible. The school is looking for someone who can commit for the full academic year - and possibly longer - to ensure continuity and strong relationships with students.
