This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional to take on a supervisory role within a fast-paced and supportive environment.As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and high standards of productivity across all shifts.Key Responsibilities
o Supervise and coordinate day-to-day warehouse activities
o Lead, motivate, and support warehouse team members
o Ensure all health & safety procedures are followed at all times
o Monitor stock handling, storage, and dispatch processes
o Maintain accurate records and assist with inventory control
o Support operational targets and maintain productivity levels
o Communicate effectively with management and team members
Shift PatternThis role operates on a rotating shift schedule, working 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis:
o 06:30 – 14:00
o 08:00 – 15:30
o 15:30 – 23:00
o 23:00 – 06:30 (Night shift allowance payable)
Pay & Benefits
o £14.53 per hour basic rate
o Overtime paid at premium rates
o Additional night shift allowance for overnight shifts

About You
o Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics supervisory role preferred
o Strong leadership and communication skills
o Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
o Good organisational and problem-solving abilities
o Flexible to work rotating shifts as required
