Are you passionate about inspiring young learners and leading a strong team to deliver high-quality language education? We’re looking for a dedicated and dynamic Head of Spanish to join our school and lead the Modern Foreign Languages department in shaping confident, culturally aware linguists.
As Head of Spanish, you will drive a vibrant and engaging curriculum that motivates students to develop their language skills and cultural understanding. You will lead a strong, collaborative team committed to excellence, fostering a positive learning environment where every pupil can thrive.

Responsibilities
* Lead the Modern Foreign Languages department, specifically the Spanish curriculum, and drive a vibrant and engaging program for students.
* Inspire and manage a collaborative team to deliver high-quality language education and foster a positive learning environment.
* Shape curriculum development and monitor impact on student language progress and cultural understanding.
* Champion inclusive practices and high expectations across the department to support all learners.
Qualifications
* Experience in senior leadership or as a Head of Department within Modern Foreign Languages, with a focus on Spanish preferred.
* Ability to motivate and develop staff, and to lead curriculum improvements that enhance student outcomes.
* Commitment to inclusive Catholic education and to the wellbeing and development of pupils and staff.
