Straight-line Group are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee groundworks on single carriageway projects in Barrow-in-Furness.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day site operations and groundworks activities
*
Ensure works are carried out safely, efficiently, and to specification
*
Manage site operatives and subcontractors
*
Maintain high standards of health & safety and site compliance
*
Liaise with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders
*
Oversee works on live carriageways, including public-facing environments
Requirements
*
SSSTS or SMSTS certification (essential)
*
Proven experience supervising groundworks projects
*
Strong leadership and communication skills
*
Confident managing works on public and private roads
*
Ability to enforce health & safety standards consistently
