Emotional Health & Wellbeing Practitioner
Location: Birmingham
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Emotional Health & Wellbeing Practitioner to join our team. In this role, you will provide low-intensity support to children, young people, and young adults within our Emotional Health & Wellbeing services, utilizing a brief intervention framework.
Key Responsibilities:
Support children, young people, and young adults across our Emotional Health & Wellbeing services.
Offer low-intensity support under a brief intervention framework.Experience and Skills Required:
Proven experience working with parents, families, children, and young people.
Leadership experience.
Experience in supporting families dealing with complex and sensitive issues through advice and advocacy.
Strong relationship-building skills.
Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
Effective problem-solving abilities.
Ability to plan and manage your own workload.Essential Requirements:
A current DBS on the update service or willingness to undergo one.
On-site working to best support clients.
