Private Client Lawyer – TipTopJob
Location: Wiltshire
Salary: GBP 30,000 to GBP 35,000
Years of Post Qualification Experience (PQE): 1‑2 years
Responsibilities
* Lead a broad caseload including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, probate, estate administration, and tax planning.
* Advise clients on inheritance tax and trust/estate‑related tax issues.
* Draft and review complex legal documentation.
* Play an active role in business development, networking, and building client relationships across West Staffordshire.
Qualifications
* Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 1 year PQE.
* Proven experience in growing a private client offering and building a client base.
* Excellent communication, drafting, and interpersonal skills.
* Team player with a proactive and collaborative approach.
