Full-time permanent role based in Swindon.
The candidate must have the right to work in the UK.
We are looking for a candidate with strong experience in pastoral care, a heart for mission and a love for people. Experience serving in the local church and/or in cross‑cultural mission will be a strong advantage.
Responsibilities
* Supporting other members of the Leadership Team and volunteers who have pastoral responsibilities as first points of contact for UFM mission partners.
* Actively delivering pastoral care, as the first point of contact, for a number of our mission partners.
* Supporting the Head of Women's Pastoral Ministry and TCK Coordinator to ensure that mission families and children are well cared for pastorally.
* Coordinating and taking part in our programme of regular in‑country visits to mission partners.
* For suitable candidates, speaking about the work of UFM and mission more broadly in churches and other Christian groups.
* Serving as a member of our Leadership Team.
