The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic General Teaching Assistant to support Key Stages 3–5, including pupils with Special Educational Needs. In this role, you will:
* Assist class teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
* Provide targeted academic support through booster sessions and interventions.
* Encourage students to reach their potential by offering one-to-one and small group support.
* Foster a safe, stimulating, and supportive environment that promotes learning and personal growth.
* Collaborate with teachers and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for all pupils.
