Overview
Ready to lead media strategy for one of the world’s biggest brands? Starcom seeks a Managing Partner to lead a top-five global client with an audience of over 1 billion across 80 countries. This senior role involves shaping high-stakes campaigns, working directly with the Global Marketing Office to drive impactful media investments.
Responsibilities
* Partner with the client’s Global Marketing Office to develop and execute global media strategies.
* Design and implement data-driven campaigns using AI-powered buying, TV, and analytics to achieve measurable results.
* Build strong relationships with the client’s media team and internal specialists.
* Manage projects from start to finish, translating insights into innovative campaigns across online and offline channels.
* Collaborate with diverse teams to maintain top media performance worldwide and share success stories.
Qualifications
* Ability to tell compelling stories through data, simplifying complex media, tech, and analytics concepts.
* Experience managing major clients, with expertise in digital platforms like GMP, GCP, Meta.
* Strategic thinking to identify growth opportunities for clients and the agency.
* Confidence in presenting, problem-solving, and turning challenges into solutions.
* Global experience managing multi-million budgets across international markets.
* Willingness to travel (approx. 6 times/year) and coordinate with clients across time zones.
