Responsibilities
* Driving customer service standards in your site.
* Driving sales and ensuring site profitability.
* Training, coaching and developing your team.
* Maintain company and brand standards as well as adhere to H&S guidelines.
* Achieving store and company KPI's.
* Keeping up with current trends, including competitor analysis.
Ideal candidate for General Manager
* Have a proven track record in a fast paced environment.
* Enjoy being on the floor – No sitting in the office for you!
* Be able to demonstrate a high level of operational, leadership, planning, organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.
* Be target driven and customer service orientated.
* Be highly motivated and ambitious.
