Alfred Minto House is a well-established specialist residential service dedicated to supporting ten men with mental health difficulties and forensic histories. Our mission is to help individuals continue their recovery journey in a nurturing community setting.

* Ensuring effective discharge planning to promote long-term recovery.
* Empowering individuals to gain new skills and coping strategies.
* Encouraging positive change and fostering independence.

This role requires a commitment of 37 hours per week, including shifts with sleep-ins and weekends. You’ll enjoy a balanced schedule with one weekend on and one weekend off, and we ensure that rotas are completed at least two months in advance. Flexibility is key, and we strive to meet the needs of our service while accommodating your preferences.

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

* Experience in the mental health sector and a solid understanding of the recovery model.
* A solution-focused attitude and a person-centered approach.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
* Comfort in fast-paced environments and adaptability to challenging situations.
