We’re looking for a Senior Acquisition Marketing Manager to lead our Google Paid Search, YouTube, CTV and Amazon Ads strategy. This is a key role in our Acquisition Marketing team, helping drive growth across D2C and marketplace channels in the US, UK, France, Canada, and Australia.

What you’ll be doing
* Own day‑to‑day management and optimisation of Google Ads and Amazon Ads.
* Plan and execute acquisition campaigns across D2C and Amazon globally.
* Proactively identify new acquisition opportunities across Video and Display channels with measurements of success.
* Lead the creative testing roadmap for Google and Amazon ads.
* Analyse performance and make data‑driven decisions to improve ROAS and efficiency.
* Collaborate with regional teams to localise strategy and messaging.
* Partner with brand, data, UX and design teams to improve the full journey from ad to conversion.
* Work with the wider acquisition team on full‑funnel media planning.
* Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and growth modelling for paid channels.
* Track trends, platform updates, and competitor activity.
* Share performance insights and learnings across the wider team.
What you’ll bring
* 6+ years’ hands‑on experience with Google and Amazon Ads.
* Experience working across D2C and/or marketplace brands.
* Strong understanding of performance metrics and how to scale profitably.
* Highly data‑literate – confident using spreadsheets, dashboards, and attribution tools.
* Clear communicator and strong collaborator.
* Commercial mindset and attention to detail.
* Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, growing business.
* Experience with paid social or other acquisition channels (nice to have).
* Worked in brands selling through both D2C and Amazon (nice to have).
* Familiarity with family or parenting audiences (nice to have).
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 based on experience

* Flexibility: Hybrid working – expectation of 1 day a week in our London office, with the option to work from anywhere for up to 6 weeks each year. Summer Hours policy from June to August.
