Meet the team:

Our Infrastructure team sits within the Commercial Property and Development super team and is led by Martin Jones, Infrastructure Partner. Based in Leicester and Stratford, the team deliver large-scale real estate projects such as New Lubbesthorpe.

This is an exciting time to join a passionate, high performing team working on large real estate projects that drives the business forward and makes a real difference.


The opportunity:

Our team has grown from strength to strength, and we are looking for an ambitious individual to join us at paralegal level.


What you will be doing:

* providing paralegal support to the team
* liaising with clients, and handling queries and enquiries where appropriate
* being responsible for and conducting various aspects of transactions
* drafting and producing forms and transactional documentation and conducting some transactions from start to finish, with support from other team members
* working with other team members on larger projects


What you will need:

* good attention to detail and accuracy
* good communication skills
* a keen desire to learn and enhance your existing skills
* a hands on approach to work with and be part of a wider team
* the ability to build rapport with colleagues and clients alike
* the ability to manage time effectively and manage client demands
* a desire to develop the knowledge and expertise


About you - you will be:

* self-motivated and with a desire to succeed
* well organised and motivated
* able to self-manage and take ownership of problems and pieces of work
* highly enthusiastic, willing to go the extra mile and be happy to go beyond the job description
* respectful towards others and have a positive, willing and ‘can do’ attitude
* keen to learn, interested in driving your own career progression and be proactive in taking ownership of this
