We are looking for a AC/ REFCOM Technical Compliance Supervisor to join our key account teams at Thermatic Technical FM. You will be responsible for ensuring company-wide compliance with REFCOM, F-Gas, and associated regulatory requirements. You will oversee refrigerant bottle logging and tracking processes, direct the compliance activities of Quality Supervisors, and ensure all engineers’ work is audited against technical, regulatory, and safety standards. With proven experience in compliance roles across multi-site FM environments, you will bring a structured, detail-focused approach to maintaining high standards and supporting regulatory submissions. Required Knowledge, Skills, & Behaviours: Proven experience in a compliance, audit, or technical supervisory role (ideally) within a multi-site FM environment. F-Gas (Category 1) | City & Guilds 2079-11 (FCAT1) Demonstrable experience managing multi site asset registers. Proven experience of implementing and monitoring adherence to REFCOM, F-Gas, and refrigerant management regulations. Experience managing compliance tracking systems and regulatory reporting. Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to AC / refrigeration. Experience working with regulators and certification bodies. Strong organisational and data management skills, with excellent attention to detail. Clear and confident communication skills, able to present compliance findings to internal and external stakeholders. Leadership and team coordination skills to collaborate with Engineering Quality Supervisors effectively. Strong report writing and compliance documentation skills. Ability to analyse compliance data, identify risks, and recommend improvements. Competence in using compliance, reporting, and tracking software. Full UK Driving Licence. Responsibilities include: Manage refrigerant bottle tracking and reporting systems, including updating FGAS registers via in-house and client CAFM platforms. Act as the company’s subject matter expert on REFCOM, F-Gas, and related compliance, ensuring adherence across the business. Lead and coordinate Quality Supervisors to deliver effective technical audits and inspections across multiple sites, reviewing workmanship and escalating non-conformances where necessary. Produce compliance reports, data analysis, and recommendations for management, supporting continuous improvement and ISO compliance (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001). Develop and maintain compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures to drive business-wide standards and adherence. Deliver compliance training, briefings, and guidance to engineers and supervisors, while fostering strong relationships with regulators, auditors, and certification bodies. Conduct asset report analysis and attend client and company sites across the UK as required (multi-region travel involved).
