We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Head of Lettings to lead and grow our lettings division in London. If you are a driven professional with a strong background in residential lettings, leadership, and portfolio development, we want to hear from you.
Build, lead and manage the lettings division of our London office
Grow a high-quality portfolio of residential properties across prime central London
Oversee compliance with lettings legislation and industry regulations (e.g., Conduct valuations, market appraisals, and property instructions with professionalism and confidence
Drive new business through proactive networking, local outreach, and digital lead generation
Lead and mentor a growing lettings team, ensuring performance and service standards
3+ years’ experience in residential lettings, ideally within central London
~ In-depth knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance requirements
~ Demonstrated success in portfolio growth and landlord acquisition
~ Entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to grow and lead a business unit
~ Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and commercial skills
~ Proficient in property software and CRM systems
