Role Overview
Responsible for overseeing multiple sites - fresh food operations, diverse in concept and renowned on the Island.
Key Responsibilities
* Training and development across sites; must be a natural leader.
* Maintaining consistency of food throughout the group's outlets.
* Creating a healthy, fun, and productive working environment with high staff morale.
* Supplier negotiation, menu development, and tastings.
* Recruitment, training, and development of your team.
* Ensuring compliance with health & safety and hygiene legislation; strong on due diligence.
* Producing training and SOP manuals.
* Managing budgets with sound commercial and financial acumen.
* Maintaining role consistency and checkable references.
Candidate Profile
* Proven history as an executive chef overseeing multiple outlets.
* Experience in fast-paced premium casual dining, new launches, or multisite gastro pub fresh food operations is advantageous.
* Excellent training, mentoring, and leadership skills.
* Ability to motivate, mentor, and maintain professionalism under pressure.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Strong personality with a passion for delivering great food and a dynamic, energetic personality.
Role Details
£55-60k plus dependent on experience.
