B is a bright, engaging young adult with Autism who is looking for positive, compassionate, and reliable Support Workers to join their dedicated Micro-Team in Street.
You will provide 2:1 waking night support, ensuring B feels safe, understood, and valued throughout the night. Enabling B to live their life in a way that is meaningful, fulfilling, and true to who they are.
About You First

We specialise in creating bespoke Micro-Teams – small, dedicated groups of Support Workers chosen by the person supported – who work together to help individuals achieve their goals, hopes, dreams, and aspirations.

What We're Looking For
* A car driver (essential)
* Someone able to work every other weekend
* Experience as a Support Worker (minimum 1 year preferred)
* Someone who is kind, reliable, and person-centred – the right attitude is just as important as experience
The Details
* Job type: Full-time (36 hrs per week / 4 nights), Part-time hours also available
* Pay: £14.00 per hour
* Shifts: Waking Nights 22:00-07:00
* Location: Street, Somerset (must be able to reliably commute or relocate)
* Setting: Supported Living / Homecare
