Job Duties and Responsibilities
* Processing a high volume of purchase invoices
* Supplier statement reconciliations
* Match invoices against purchase orders and delivery notes
* Prepare weekly payment run
* Set up new supplier accounts and maintain existing accounts
* Deal with internal and external invoice queries
* Process company expenses and credit card claims
* Other ad-hoc finance duties as and when required

* Strong organisational skills
* Good attention to detail
* Professional and friendly attitude towards suppliers and staff
* Good communication skills - Must be able to speak on the phone in a professional and calm manner
