Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Executive Search Director Lead to join us full time and build a new desk dedicated to executive search. This is a senior role for someone who brings their own established network of senior contacts across industries, with a proven track record of delivering revenue through trusted client relationships.
As part of our leadership team, you will be responsible for identifying, winning, and delivering executive search mandates—positioning The Outsiders Perspective as the go-to partner for diverse, exceptional leadership talent. You will be supported by a research and hiring team, while also being hands-on with clients to ensure excellence in delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Client Growth
* Build and grow an executive search desk from the ground up, leveraging your existing black book and warm network of senior contacts.
* Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities across industries.
* Position The Outsiders Perspective as an exciting new entrant to the executive search market with a differentiated, values-led proposition.
* Lead client conversations, pitches, and negotiations to secure long-term partnerships.
Search Delivery & Talent Expertise
* Partner with clients to deeply understand role requirements, culture, and leadership needs.
* Work alongside our research and hiring team to design and execute robust search strategies.
* Engage in shortlisting, candidate assessment, and client presentations to ensure a seamless delivery process.
* Represent The Outsiders Perspective in client meetings, offering both market insight and credible counsel.
Leadership & Impact
* Play a key role within the senior leadership team, contributing to business strategy and growth.
* Champion our mission to increase representation and diversity at leadership level.
